Does anyone use Lews reels?? Are they any good? Looking to buy ....but wondering if they are any good.....I know nothing about them.

I have one one of the lower gear ratio ones that I got to throw an a-rig. I read good things about their newer reels.

They used to be really good reels,lot of the bass pro guys used them. Haven't heard a lot about them for a while.

I love them. Its all I use on my bass rods. I stick with the Tournament MG and up. Best reel for the price in my opinion.

I bought 3 tourney speed spools a few weeks ago & have only used them twice so I can't comment on their durability but I will say they seem very well built, very very smooth, easy to adjust and cast really well. I'm really happy with them so far...
