Tommy - I fixed it for you - the YouTube tags have to be on both ends of the video ID. If yiu paste or type in the video ID (those 8 or 10 random characters), highlight it and click the YouTube button it should do the rest by putting the tags on front / behind.
We'll get some picture and video posting guides up as stickies on the site soon.
