Went down to Florida back in late June/early July. Fishing was a little slower than years past but still good. Caught a nice snook one am on topwater. Threw over an oyster bar and twitched it, then bam! Fish on. Trolling motor quit working, starting to drift up on oyster bar, took landing net in one hand and pushed off while holding tight on the rod, finally got off the bar and went to fighting the fish. 8lb mono with a 20lb flouro leader so had light drag set. She jumped a bunch of times. Finally got her in the boat....
Think the measurement on the cooler top is 30 inches. Nice fish. Swam away to fight another day.

He actually missed this trout. It hit right at the boat. He did his best Bill Dance-rip his lips off hook set!
