Theres no problem in sharing your reports. Conditions, techniques, what worked and what didnt. Just leave out your locations are make your general area very vague would be a good choice.

Good luck - took 3.5 hours to get those last night - dang full moon. They did seem to thicken up about 1 am. Heard the early am was tough also today. Thanks man, Gonna try the same ol routine again to see if I can call it a pattern. 1pm is a little early for me but figured any time on the water is better than time doing honey dooooos. Seems like the lurkers are very abundant..I almost wonder if I should continue to share my recent successes . Posters and the people who are on here everyday are the ones that keep people coming to the site. Hopefully they will join and start posting, that way everyone is helped, knowing what the fish are hitting on and a general area of where they are. As others have said you don't have to tell everyone the exact place you caught the fish, a general area is fine. If you are using live bait, size and type, depth and how you did it, downlines, planner boards. Plugs or bucktails every little bit of information helps the ones who don't get out often, or the new people learning to fish for stripers.

That's what they will do in the fall, few years ago I sat up the river on a point there was about 5 or 6 points close together, with a boat on every point, the fish would come up on one of the points and go back down and come up again on another point went on for a couple of weeks every afternoon about dark. Will also do it in the mornings and sometimes at night. You talk about fun, they are a ball to catch on topwater plugs, when they do down for a little while you can get a few off bucktails. Just hoping they do it this year.

Penn...Bait in Leesville are everywhere...if you have decent sonar you will find them..you may have to do a little work though...seems like your always after the easy route..4 hrs should have been plenty of time to catch em...
