5/7 and 5/8 brief report and question

Fished last two nights, top water and some shallow runners, all on Roanoke from Stoney to Grimes. Has been spotty, and few I've gotten have been later night bite. Fog made tree casting a real challenge last night, but with some effort I was accurate enough to land a few nice leafy ones.

Does anyone have a topwater night report this week for mid-lake or even down towards dam?
