AT 43°- 81° WT 56°-61° The critters were crossing the road around every curve it seemed on the way to the lake this morning. Turned out to be a beautiful day. Really not enough wind for my liking though. I pulled money makers and dollar bill size gizz on free line boards and one free line way out back. Missed the first five strikes of the morning, seems I was all thumbs. I was putting a bank side board out with rod in hand when it got creamed and I just plain missed it. Gezz. Also had an osprey swoop down and snatch a bank side bait, and got about ten feet out of the water with it before the dang thing dropped it. He was determined, I yelled at that bird for five minutes and it finally left. This is what I ended up with before my TM batteries crapped out on me. Sorry the report is a few days late.

I could be wrong but I think your problem is somewhere other than the batteries. I have used batteries at least 4 years old that NEVER ran short on power even on muti-day trips. I do keep them hooked up to a onboard charger at all times when boat is at home tho.
