4/25 Night and 4/26 Morning- Roanoke

Got to the lake at 9:30 pm. Water visibility 1ft + or - A little trashy but not horrible. (except for the free floating jet ski and ski boat) 
Fished main channel points with F18s caught a flathead catfish and 3 stripers. Went in at about 4am and hung a light on a fishing pier and caught me a few alewives before taking a brief nap. When it started to get light again I went out and pulled my alewives with free line boards and one free line float. Caught roughly 7 stripers and one largemouth up until 11am. Stripers were anywhere from 23 to 29 inches. Went to see if I could catch some shad. I found some peanuts in about 7 to 8 ft of water but thats all i could find. Went home. Very good trip! SORRY no pics of Stripers New at pulling boards and my hands were full...or it was dark and that makes it more hectic as well.
