Just wondering what you all thought the water conditions would be around the bridge would be by Saturday morning. I would think by then the trash from up the Roanoke arm would have made its way down to around the main channel. I could be wrong, would y'all think it'd be best to wait until next weekend possibly to get back on the water? Thanks for any advise and theories.

Saw some wild stuff on the news last nite - Roanoke, Dan, and New Rivers are raging mud. Dunno if you're gonna be clear by this weekend. Check out my SML report from 15 APR - the upper Roanoke arm was heavily stained above R56 and tat was after a much lighter rain event than the one we just experienced.

There'll be clean water somewhere and fish against the mudline. And there's plenty of fish in the lower lake and that water is always clean.

I figure the lower lake area will be fairly clean. Just want a change in scenery to be honest if that makes any sense. Was thinking of s turns and beaver. May wake up Saturday morning and totally change my mind. Such hard choices in life 🤔

Naah, dood. There aren't any fish hiding in the mud line. Old wives' tale.
