Started out at daybreak from magnum boat ramp looking for bait. Was able to find dollar bills fairly quick and easy and since i hadnt bait fished since November i called it good and set out to fish. I fished mid to back part of 2 major creeks. Planer boards on bank side and 1 float and 1 free lined off the back. Had lots of blow ups and chases most of the morning that just wouldn't commit. Wind was just to much for me so i called it quits and was on the trailer by 10. Caught 2 stripers and 1 largemouth Woke up this morning and consistent with my luck found 1 bank on my bank charger flashing a red light. Checked the battery and its completely dead. Happens to be one of the tm batteries so no fishing today. Got a regular charger on it now seeing if it will take a charge or if my bank charger is shot.

Thanks guys. Picked up a new battery yesterday and got it in this evening before the rain started.

Was it just the battery or the ob charger? I had the same issue a few weeks ago, day before the tournament to be exact haha perfect timing. Got a new battery that would not take a charge. Installed that, only to find out that along with the battery, the charger had a hidden wire that was piled up with corrosion. Only found AFTER I installed a new ob charger. Oh well, I guess now I have a back up charger. If you find that the charger still has the red light, just check the wiring before jumping the gun in a new charger.......ohh and don't tell your wife you fixed the old one either..another lesson learned.

It was just the battery. It wouldn't take the charge and was heating up getting hot so the charger temp sensor picked up on it and shut that bank down.
