Headed to Oak Grove. Going to look around Becky's and Betty's. Any advice today will be appreciated. Looking for birds and bait. Taking my Garmin for when I get lost.

If you don't find them there, head just a touch north. Swimbaits and flukes casted are catching above average dinks. Silver flukes, silver flukes.. It's dinner time at Bigun's house

Use that Garmin to find your bait, and the fish shouldn't be far away IMO. Let us know what the water temp is down that way.

I always liked about 2/3 of the way back in the upstream Becky/Betty creek at this time of year when all else fails. Main channel above the bridge to grimes can be good also.

Thanks to all that replied.
Started just north of Hales Ford Bridge. No birds that I could see. Tried jigging on, what I thought, might be bait. Set the hook on some nice trees.
Did find a huge long bait ball at the inside mouth of Grimes. Tried some spoons, buck tails, monkey things, flukes. Nothing was there to take the offerings.
Tried Betty's, could not locate any bait or schools.
Had a good time, no break downs or car problems.
WATER TEMP AT 51.5
