This new state record Hybrid Striped Bass was caught by Don Jessie! The fish was officially weighed in at Rockhouse Marina at Claytor Lake and recognized at 15 lbs, 13 oz. DGIF fisheries biologist John Copeland was there to verify the fish and the weight. The fish measures 28.5 inches with a girth of 21.75 inches.
