A member sent me a PM with the question below - not my stomping grounds so I figured others can better answer this for him....
I mostly fish in Bull Run as it is close to my Condo. Lots of people fish up here, mostly seems like the back of the creek.
Do you think I should stay in the back of the creek area as the winter progresses? or should I go out towards Christmas Tree Island? Will the winter move them back towards BW?
I am a little handicapped in that I only have a decent depth finder on my trolling motor. I am going to put a better on on the back of my boat soon, but for now, it is a slow grind!!
