Finaly got to the lake sun morning. Put in at hardy and found plenty of peanuts but no big bait. Headed down river and threw a rigs and flukes in a few spots. Got below moorland and saw a few birds working and the occasional striped bust a shad. Ended up catching 3 with biggest 12 lbs. got one on a rig one casting a fluke and one jigging a fluke. Marked fish from top down to 50 feet.

Thanks for the report dawg. I usually put in a Hardy and its good to know some bait is still easy even if it might be small. The bait might get to be slim pickings after this cold spell. I did mark some stripers just below moormans my last time out but could not catch them in the right mood.
