Air cold!
Well looked like the cold front definitely turned the bite around for me we caught three stripers and two large mouth last night missed a few but didn’t seem to be biting like they was last weekend! I can only assume it was the cold front I did see a bunch of fish on a few lights but wouldn’t bite nothing only fish we caught was on dark banks. Still had a good time and got a buddy from work on his first nice striper but was a dink hopefully I can get home on a nice one next time!

Are you fishing the same areas as you would when the shad are spawning? What type of lures are you using? Crankbaits or top water? I finally got the wife back into fishing last fall at the beach. Would love to get her hooked up with a striper.

Lures and paddle tail swim baits running around seven foot deep. We are just finishing main lake points right now hope this helps
