Fished again last night had dad on the boat don’t like casting got there at 730 threw flukes and plugs maybe a hour wind was bad again. Caught bait and anchored up against a island didn’t do much that area was still in the wind, moved over between another island and some land on a flat and the shad plus stripers came in good surfaced good for around three hours or so caught a few just sitting there bait fishing on the bottom. I figured if a guy was throwing flukes and plugs probably would have loaded the boat last night! I reckon we are the only ones fishing, tried to catch bait on a guys light had a bait tank in the water didn’t look like been opened in years green algae all over the top! I threw the net twice he came down there running what are you guys doing told him don’t worry I will leave you alone and moved off ahole! Caught bait and pulled up on first spot guy came in with one of his buddies plus a girl on the boat seen us sitting there and they started cussing us it was plenty room and we wasn’t even moving they was in one of them fancy bass boats with a huge sounding motors pulled up within a hundred yards cussing raising cane should have sent one out the xds see how they liked that! Almost time to park the boat till fall!
