For those of you who shoot action videos, what kind of cameras are you using? Ive been reading about the Go Pro's. Thoughts? Likes? Dislikes? I generally get caught up in any action going on, so the cameras never leave the camera bag. I like the idea of being able to mount a camera on a hat, pole, bow, etc....

Got a GoPro 3 Silver for Christmas, but have not really put it through the paces yet. Like the integrated WiFi so that you can connect to your iPhone or Android phone and see a live view to "frame" the picture then start recording (you don't get a live view when recording however). Battery life is only a few hours max - get the extended battery pack and then a spare battery or two if you want to record all day. Lots of accessories and mounting options for the GoPro's. Without the extended battery pack it is quite small (not that much larger - maybe 3/4" thicker with the extended batt pack).
Hope to get some good video on fish blowing up bait on the banks this spring!

I also use the Gopro both the originial Hero HD and just picked up the Hero 3 silver edition. I like the builtin wifi of the new Heor 3's. If you are going to be shooting for long periods its deff a plus to have the extended battery and extra batteries especially if you are going to be using the wife part as it drains the battery pretty quick. Here is two clips of mine. The first is with the Originial hero HD and the second is with the Hero 3 sivler edition.

I want a go pro... im almost picked up a bundle at dicks the other day. But then i remembered i was poor. Bigjon loves dicks. But i have 2 Olympus submergable cameras that i use. I am rather happy with them.. but the go pro are more suitable and versatile for what wed want them for..

I have a GOPRO and a go GOPRO BLACK the black i just got for XMAS and have not played with much. I have taken video and pics from my head mount and I also have used the roll bar mount and put it right on the trolling motor
