Well i installed a new pump in the bait tank after last weekends fiasco and i put the extra in the boat just to be sure, we put in at 6am had good bait at the first light i hit had a mix of gizzards and some alwives. Then it was time for searching, we looked for a while and started fishing caught 4 small ones around 26 inches and a 8 pound flathead.we left that area looking for bigger fish, found two creeks with some nice looking marks but no takers. Headed home around 1. I took a guy from work he had never pulled baits before seemed to had a good time just wish i could have found some better fish. There was still a bit of traffic even with the cooler temps.
