Fished from 14:00 to 18:00. Just never could get it going. Caught 3, biggest was 26”. The murky water had moved down a bit which changed one of my better spots. For fun I stopped blindly in the middle of the main channel in front of Betty’s in 110’ of water. Began thumping and shortly had the 26” in the boat. Fish can be and are almost everywhere. The fishing for monster perch is great right now as we landed a few of those as well.

Choo you are killing it man. I am gonna be down this Saturday eve live baiting it with camoboatguy and Sunday I will be on board with Jimmy Slaughter which I believe you may have met him out on the water Tuesday. Me and Jimmy will be jigging for sure. I am trying to break the ice on this Jigging thing. Awesome reports man.

Right now I’m torn between rabbit hunting on Saturday and fishing. I’m hoping I can get the family to consider fishing on Sunday after church. Good luck to y’all if you go. Maybe we can get together one day.
