I know Yam had some decent success with a Water wolf camera attached to the line by his swivel i believe when pulling boards but I'm not real sure that applies here.
Another thing you might want to search is Doctor Sonar. He sometimes posts screenshots from a sonar and then another shot of the same structure from an underwater camera so you can really see what is under the water to help you interpret your sonar. He might have detailed the type camera he uses etc somehwere.
And thats pretty much all i got for underwater cameras.

Choo Choo. I used the gopro for a while underwater. I put it on an extension pole like painters use, and also dropped it down on a weighted 1/16" stainless cable. I saw fish, and identified them with it. Also saw fish eating my lures with it.
However, it had to be good high sun and rather clear water. Even in the best conditions, anything deeper than 20' was almost useless unless you were right on a fish.
This was with a 3+, so maybe the new models have better low light capabilities.
No real time viewing either. I had to record it then bring it up and view it on a phone/tablet.

Thanks. I remember you sharing some of that info in the past, I just couldn’t find it.
