5-12 evening crappies

Fished from 6:30 till 8 for some crappies prior to nightfishing. We hit 3 docks, and found plenty of fish on two of them. Some real good size too, and even some still spawning. Bobby garland baits on 1/32 heads was the ticket as usual. Color didn’t matter. Mayflies were thick and that probably slowed the bite a good bit.

Sweet evening Johnr!

I took my 79 year old mother fishing mid week and we caught a dozen crappie on a blow down tree using minnows.
They gonna take a swim in hot oil very soon.
