Well after reading Johnr's reports on catching all those perch and him being nice enough to share his knowledge on how to catch them, I just couldn't take it anymore. Headed out before daylight this morning to penhook boat dock and proceded up into back of bull run. I had 2 goals today, I wanted to catch 2 fish at a time and catch a citation. GOALS ACHIEVED!! I caught 2 fish at a time twice and got a 13.5" citation white perch. Wow what a blast.... I have no idea how many we caught, but we did keep 38 to fry and 1 small striper that swallowed hook to his you know where. We threw back as many or more than we kept. If i had to guess id say we caught 75 at least. Also hung something that never could turn, it ended up breaking off. Id guess a big cat. All fish caught on dropshot rigs with nightcrawlers. Most where suspended in big schools in 20' of water. cloud.tapatalk.com/s/596a459c6c37f/0715171113.jpg?

Sounds like we are going to have to start a sub chapter of the striper mafia. The perch mafia..haha
