Striper John was always one of the first to answer any questions I had. What a great guy and very proud American. Prayers for his family.

Rest in Peace John, my thoughts and prayers are with your family. If there is anything i could possibly do to help please let me know. Your presence and wealth of knowledge will be truly missed. I remember when John PMed me last May and gave me some pointers on were to look for breaking fish, after i had posted about just that, and even gave me his contact info in order to help me locate the breaking schools. He was a kind man to take the time to reach out to a young man like myself, trying to lean the lake, just to do what he could to put me on some fish. you will be missed John.

My name is Christa, striperjohn was my dad. Thank all of you so much for all the kind words. I remember the first time i saw the stripers he caught in South Carolina, he has a picture of me,about 2 or 3 and a fish on either side of me, and both were longer than me! I will miss him more than anything. Thanks again, Christa
