Put in at hardy around 330 this afternoon. Ran to moormans and fished back upriver. 3 small stripers on flukes and a 9 lber on free lined planer. Got back to ramp at dark and the water had dropped. Had 3 boats in front of me struggling to get thru shallow water. It's only about 5 inches deep at mouth of hardy ramp cove. Be careful if you use that ramp

Glad you got into some riverdog. 5 inches isn't knocking on much at all!

VT I was right behind you guys at ramp. I was the one throwing net at the trussels. Instead of fighting the mud again I went to Claytor this morning. Couldn't catch any shad under about 10 inches. Had several blowups from smaller fish that couldn't eat the bait. Only boated 1 around 7 lbs. got windy and was off water around lunch
