The wife and i took out for just a couple hours to cat fish Saturday night. Water temps around 81. Made a couple throws and had the bait we wanted (7-9 inch gizzards). Went to a spot i been wanting to try for past couple weeks 12 feet of water with a 23 foot drop. Anchored up and set just 6 rods out with all live bait. Caught 4 fish with in an hour after dark after that bite slowed up and we headed in around 11pm. Old lady had to work sunday morning and i had a date with some small mouths in the river. Great night with just the wife on boat.
