I have a hds 5 sonar on my boat I like to run on 200khz. I want to add a unit with 7 in screen that I can split on si and di. I am considering a Simrad go7 or an elite 7. If I understand correctly both of those units use chirp. My question is because chirp uses various freqences will it interfere with my 200 kHz sonar

You can set the chirp to a custom frequency and you won't have any issues. Also you can set it to 83khz if you didn't have chirp on the rear and wouldn't have any crosstalk between them.
I run my chirp at 105khz and am very happy with it

One other thing, I would consider stepping up to a model that is Ethernet capable so that you can network the unit to the hds5.
