The no fish thing is becoming more apparent the way ya'll been catching them! Now that that Im a homeless lakelubber been thinking of trying out the inn sometime and see what I've been missing all these years ! Only fished the upper Roanoke one time and blew an engine that day.

Yup....no ramps, no pizza, no fish....the BW is a total waste of time. Heck, even Yammy ventured over last season and left in disgust. The weird thing is the few fish that are here know the "bang the shore" strategy and mostly feed in the channel....clever contrarians.
There are some nice white bass over this way though...if that's what you're after.

Yup, nothing but muddy water, no fish on the BW and the few there are only in channel.......... Yup.....

I've never caught striper on Blackwater or eaten at Carl's....
Wait, yes I have..
Did I do that within this report or was I on the Roanoke?
I've confused myself now...
