I took my trolling motor up there about 4 years ago to have the head replaced under warranty and they were great.

Guy that runs it is Ben McCall, good guy. He's worked on and kept my TM running for a while now. Honest and fair from my perceptions.

Ben fixed my trolling motor last year. I was in a fix with the sale of my old boat pending. He did me right. Got me going so I didn't lose the sale. I was a happy camper.

I've had two really good and one so so experience with him. To be fair, the one bad experience may have been partly minn Kotas fault and once I got "serious" with him, he got me fixed and going with no further issues. I'd recommend him and his work.

He's a good guy. Really helped me out a lot. He's towed my boat back and fourth to Martinsville to help me get it sold. Wired my bait tank, some boat lights, a home battery, and a bank charger. His wiring and finish work is excellent . Everything looks factory. My brother who is a real stickler for detail was very impressed. Only downside is he is a little expensive. I'd rather pay a little bit more than have someone screw up my boat so I stomach it.

I'm working with him right now on an electronics upgrade. He's been great so far....drove out to the house to check out the boat, verify fit and application. He's made a few suggestions to save some $. he's gonna trailer my boat to his shop for install ( I don't own a trailer)....I shopped him and he's right there price -wise. I guess the real test will be when I turn on the new 9'' HDS Gen 3.....giddyup.
