Has anyone on here ever bought from factoryoutletstore.com? If so how was your experience with them. They have the Humminbird Helix 7 di/gps on sale for $459.99. No tax and free shipping. I have been trying to decide between this and the Lowrance elite 7x chirp. Have seen some issues with the Lowrance so it seems the Humminbird is the way to go. Is it worth upgrading the transducer to the hdi? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I'd make sure that they are an authorized dealer in the event warranty service is required

I like to use Brian at bbgmarine.com. He stands behind his products and is always willing to talk and help with your electronics. I see he has the helix 7 di/gps combo for $467.

Don't forget our local guys - Ben at SML Marine Electronics or Dewayne at Captain's Quarters. Always worth giving them a shot at your business at least.

Thanks Mward. I have already contacted Ben at SML Marine Electronics. He is supposed to get back to me with a price. I did not know Captain's Quarters sold electronics. Will check with him too.
