i fished the james again at snowden. my friend and i caught 12 or so. only 1 small fish, the rest of the smallmouth were 2.5-3.5 lb. wt 58 . one side of the river was a little stained. we didnt get any bites from the stained water. we didnt catch a lot but we caught quality fish. all but two fish came on jigs. 1 on a jerkbait, 1 on a crankbait.
