Some big white bass has moved in and I no 8 small stripers got caught today between Brookneal boat ramp and the sportsmen club. The water has dropped pretty low in the past few days. So if anyone hits the river this week watch them stump piles.

Yea I talked to Ray while we were fishing he said he caught 7 when I talked to him

I got down late today didn't get there until about 6. Only caught 2 walleyes. I don't see river getting too much lower or at least I hope not. There's not enough water for the fish to come in and hold up. Good luck fellas I probably won't get to do much during the week this week.

I will be on the water in about a hour, So I will post a new update tonight. If anyone see's and inboard jet boat I'll be ridden shotgun.

Fish slowly getting to Brookneal. Caught 5 this evening. Won't be long now.

We went up and down. Picked up a few whites but no stripers. Everyone else I talked to had caught a few stripers. I heard there was a big school at 360. I really wish the water would come up one more time.
