Rain was in the forecast so I managed one net full of bait off the dock near dawn Friday, including a couple 8+ inch gizzards.
Caught 3 flatheads off the dock Friday morning, 2 at 4 lbs and one over 9 lbs. All released. No pics.
Then it cleared some and the phone rang so that was it for fishing, Get Back to Work!

Glad to hear there are still some fish in the lake, fished off the dock last Sunday night and did not get a decent bite. Hoping to try again Sunday night again maybe with different results, maybe a fish on the boat. ;D  |

Hoping to try again Sunday night again maybe with different results, maybe a fish on the boat. ;D dont know what it is about SML, maybe the size of the lake, but ive had plenty of nights fishing off the dock where i barely even got a nibble. then on rare occasion if i hit the right weekend in may/june i cant keep the 3lb channels off my hooks if i wanted to |
