Fished Sat. night from 11;30pm til 5;00am. We got 11 Bass, 10 largemouth and a 4 lb 5 oz smallmouth. Water 82-83 degrees, little breeze, mostly cloudy. Got a few on worms and the rest on thundersticks. Got 3-4 largemouth 15 - 16 inches barely weighed a pound, skinniest fish I seen out of Smith. Fished mid lake, fish came off main lake points. Warm water seems to keep the striper off the banks a bit. What few shad that came up did so after 12;30.

what size thundersticks are you using for smallmouth and largemouth? I've only seen the one size, at least of the jointed Thundersticks which is what most folks use in the spring at night for striper and they tend to catch a lot of bass as well. I guess there is a monster, jumbo sized 9" something Thunderstick that is silly big, but really only one size that is available around the lake that is used....
