What are yall using for rods? I have been using ugly stik "ugly cat" rods because I caught them on clearance but no complaints they have worked well. I also have some cortland rods I bought about 10 years ago that are great and carry an unconditional lifetime warranty.

Ugly stik striper rod MH for planer boards/floats.
Ugly stik 1100 M which is the same blank at the 7ft ugly stik striper ML. I like to have diversity on my boat with guest, clients and myself. just really being able to tell a difference between different weight rods, for different fishing. makes it easy.
The ugly stik catfish rods are good rods too.
my second choice would be the eagle claw rods for this area for bait rods...

Ive liked my Abu 6500 C3's. I put the power handle on them. Not line counters but I am trying out Power Pro's depth Hunter braid. Has black mark every 5 feet and changes a complete color ever 25.
