were there any of legal size limit it is going to be important to release even the smaller ones for a number of years we will get more smaller fish back in the system Someone sent me a pm and said you missed me. I've just got to ask..... how is releasing the smaller fish that we catch now, for a number of years, going to put smaller fish back in the system?? Won't they get bigger every year, thus, they won't be smaller fish anymore. Hope you are doing well. and I do agree on releasing the fish.

always the head-scratcher well, they will be small a while - and if enough smaller ones hang around it will make bigger ones later - we will have a gap in the system that will have to bubble through which is going to me less bigger fish in some # of years - which means all the more important to release them along the way. Of course this is all predicated on getting a solid stocking this year and going forward again - let's hope we don't have 4 or more years of bad survival back to back

Theory is.... With the skill level growing on throwing a 12' net and holding the big bait captive untill said fisherman is ready to fish has resulted in CANNIBALISM. Solution is.... All bait fisherman must visit said bait houses/sheds and use available bait prior throwing a cast net. All in favor say "I".

A few times I felt like a one legged man in a @$$ kicking contest. You almost needed to have your hands on the rod at time the fish hit. Kinda like the nut shell game. Which shell is the pea under? But was fun problem to have.

He has pics of the fish above on a measuring ruler. And he also talked about the sizes in the report. You know the current legal sizes now right? Regardless this time of year in cool water many of us release everything because they will generally survive. In the summer it's a different story - so we limit our fishing a lot and just keep a very few over the summer We have had several years of poor stocking success so it is going to be important to release even the smaller ones for a number of years will we get more smaller fish back in the system i think he wants to be spoon-fed everything lol now i have decided it is not worth argueing with you and would like to apologize for being rude but you made me really mad and got under my skin

Awesome report. We were out there as well. Report forthcoming. Didn't do nearly as well but can second the missed hookups and amount of folks on the water. And yes you should definitely fish the tournament. It will take the fun you are having just catching fish to another level.

SJV, I thought I saw you out. But I was not 100% sure that was your boat from a distance. Only know it from your reports and videos which are great. Next time I will stop and introduce myself to ya if your not busy wearing them out.
