Started out early Saturday a.m. and the WT was 79.3* AT was 60*. Dang it felt nice. Talked with Drag4Striper at the ramp and I quickly hit the water. Went to the stringer site and marked a few fish right off the bat.... but no takers on the u-rig. I marked a pretty decent school(see Seajays pic in mwards report) but lost them pretty quick . When the boats started to show up I decided it was time for me to leave. Went up lake a bit and found a few fish and ended up harvesting 2 for the table. Called it a day by 10:30 and played cowboy the rest of the day. On Sunday I got in pretty late(1 a.m.) from my night job so I slept in (4:30 a.m.) and after 2 cups of coffee I felt a need to do some jigging. So off to the lake I went. Was on the water at 7 a.m. and had a jig in the water by 7:05. Wow was it crowded. Watched SeaJay bring one in while I was there the first time but the wake boat armada made it too crazy for me so I went off in search of smoother water. Headed way up lake and found a couple of dinks but never found a big school of fish. Decided to head back to where I started and give it one last try. Wasn't marking much but was looking hard and some guy in a pretty red boat says "you must be Gator" and something about a hat. Had the opportunity to meet SeaJay and Sailor. We parted ways and I kept looking but couldn't find anything to jig on. Called it a day shortly afterwards.

Pleasure to meet you Gator . Loved how the wake boats would go right in between us when they could have gone around us. Crazy
