I made it back to your beautiful lake much sooner than I had expected. Found lots of bait but it was all on the small side. Headed back to the area where we caught a couple on Sunday. Spent the morning watching another boat slaying them while we went without a bite. Whoever is running that big dark blue or black CC up there sure has that fishery figured out and I tip my hat to you. On the way back to the ramp we stopped where the main part of the fleet was fishing over the massive schools of bait and somehow we got lucky and caught one to at least get the skunk out of the boat.

Similar looking boat but can't be sure if that's it. Think I saw the same guy on Sunday and he was having equal success.

Bentrod - who is that guy? I saw him Tuesday and he was one of those who were responsible for catching my fish. I think he at least owes me a beer or two. Very rude to catch fish after I had thoroughly worked a spot, don't you think? I mean, at LEAST wait for me to be out of view.

That guy catches citations right next to me using the same techniques as I. I just don't get it. Does he have some kind of wonder drug he is dosing his shad with? That taxi's got the mojo!

Wow, folks not knowing who that is has made realize how much the forums have changed from the last couple versions of the site...... That folks is prolly the best striper fisherman on the lake and past member and moderator of one of the versions of this site.....dang, I miss his post... I have also come to realize that with Todd, Superstriper, bigjon, leo, 391v, Travis, Rockfish and many more gone, that the history of this site is lost for ever.....alas, it is time for me to move on also and let the new guys carry the tourch for this latest version of the site.. Thanks mward and BentRod for letting me voice my opinions (whether they were right or wrong ) on the site....you guys do a hell of a job on here..... Good fishing and tight lines to all.....
