Put in at Penhook at 4 am. Been finding bait near the boatramp but it wasn't there Friday. Moved to another area and caught plenty. Alewives are growing fast, they are much bigger then they were 3 weeks ago. Fished until 11 or so and caught 10 fish with 4 pretty small and the rest in the 22 to 23 in size. Did have 1 fish about 26in. Overall a pretty good day. Looks like we are going to get another " SuperFull Moon" soon. That makes catching bait very difficult for me. Participated in a VDIF survey. Very nice guy who told us a lot about the fish.
