Fish are on the move! Been on some really nice schools the past few days. In the Indian point area. Water temp is 82 and rising! Fish were everywhere from the surface to 30ft. Redi rigs about 15 ft with 1/4 oz with LIVELY ales got the most attention. You couldn't put the rod Down. Caught 15 one day and 19 today. Most fish were in the 18 to 24 inch range. Fished from daylight to 10 am. Hope this info helps!!!

Good info. I'll be out selling coffee & donuts on the water in the morning - I'll make a killing Like you said - water temps are getting hot - time to start being mindful of the catch-rates Those small fish under 20" can tolerate a little more, but the bigger they get the less likely they will release well - especially anything that would be in the slot-size or larger..

Yeah I was worried about the mortality rate! Everyone looked to be In pretty good health! All lip hooked mostly shallow around 15 ft. And quick fights. Hopeful they all made it!

when we catch stripers we hold them tail up with there head down and hold there mouth open and torpedo them straight down hard as you can and all fish we catch swim straight down toward the deep and haven't had not one fish die on us....please try it folks...thanks lee

Just don't assume that every fish you send down this way makes it just because you don't see it..... when they die, some will sink, some will float - some will float later... those little fierce fish are most likely OK - the bigger ones will struggle more.....
