I know that in the winter, the stripers seem to be in the upper lake like around beaverdam and above. But do they move up the BW as well. I have my boat in Craddock and really do not want to drive that thing up the lake that far. BW is still a boat ride but I may want to give it a try if they migrate up that way.
That's not necessarily true that they are from Beaverdam up in the winter. Actually its more like Beaver and down with some exceptions. A lot will end up around Hales Ford by January. In fact last January, I'd say a large majority of the fish in the lake were around R30 in January. You'll get some schools near the dam and some schools in the S curves as well in the winter.
